We strive to explore the culture of virtues and values. In an effort to encourage ethical behaviour, we focus on: etiquette, protocol, respect, and kindness.

We shall explore how one should approach their social relationships including: family, friends, dignitaries.

Environment

Gardening or growing are steps to a healthier lifestyle. Not only is it a growing hobby, but it offers a therapeutic reality.

Cultivating plants for consumption is a rewarding experience because it allows you to reap what you sow. We aim to share the simple art of blessing this food as it blesses us.

Yoga

For mindfulness, body tuning and overall wellness; we apply yoga asanas and pranayama. We want to foster better breathing, better movement and better coping
through the calming practice of hatha yoga.

In addition to practice, we touch on the theoretical basics of yoga.

Nutrition

Prasadam is the act of preparing food with love. This food is then to be shared with others. We aim to encourage people to prepare and share quality food.

Together, we want to learn and teach about the benefits of healthy food for the betterment of humans and animals.

We conduct online classes on Nutrition both
theory and practical cooking classes.
